We are always looking for fun outdoor activities to do with our toddler’s boundless energy. She is a bundle of fun and joy, but seems to also never seem to tire out. That’s why we absolutely love stocking our outdoor gear with fun new tools to keep her busy, active and happy.

For starters, we set up a super fun outdoor basket of goodies and surprised her on the first warm day! She was excited, to say the least.

Despite all my best efforts to diversify her color choice, she absolutely loves pink, so you can imagine just how much she loved the new Cutie Pie outdoor collection. We filled the Cutie Pie cart with some of her favorite things to do outside including bubbles, balls, and play sets.

Now that she had her cart full of fun, it was time to create some memories.

Bubbles | What toddler doesn’t like playing with bubbles? I mean really, look how much fun it is! Toddlers like big bubbles and little bubbles, it doesn’t really matter.

“Basket” Ball | We love to play a game to we like to call “basket” ball but I am sure you see it isn’t what you might be thinking. Toddlers love working on their gross motor skills whether they know it or not, and this game is perfect for throwing, kicking and running. The main goal is to get the kickball into the wagon. This can be by throwing, kicking or scooting.

Bat and Ball Play | What a fun way to practice hand-eye coordination with your toddler. The Cutie Pie ball and bat are perfect due to their soft cover and perfect size for little hands. I can’t guarantee we always use these in a traditional way either. Sometimes we just scoot the ball around in the grass using the bat. We love making obstacle courses and trying to get our ball around the yard.

Big Bubbles | Did I mention bubbles? Seriously, bubbles make a bad day better and a good day fabulous. So the next time you have a beautiful day, get out the bubbles and watch the smiles explode.

The possibilities are endless, but these are just a few to get you started. What are your favorite ways to play together and have fun with your toddler outside?
