Ask the child to name the animal on each stamp. Talk about what charcteristics make aech animal differnt; for instance, the lion has a mane, the elephant a trunk, the giraffe a long neck, etc.
Count the stamps, the pencils, and all the pieces together.
Ask the child to stamp pictures based on clues you give. For instance, you might say, "Can you stamp a picture of an animal with stripes?" Or, "Let's stamp a picture of an animal that climbs trees!"
Stamp the beginning of a repeating pattern and ask the child to continue the pattern.
Ask the child to stamp two of each picture on a piece of paepr, then help the child cut up the paper to make a memory game. Turn the pieces face down and take turns flipping two at a time in search of a match.
Make a picture book by folding together several pieces of paper. Create a simple story and ask the child to stamp the pages to illustrate it. Encourage the child to name the charcters in the story.
