PLAY TO LEARN
Explore a world of play, discovery, and hands-on learning!
Help strenghten children's memory skills by playing games. For example, shake out a few blocks from a shape sorter and ask kids to describe them. Then have them close their eyes while you take one block away. Can they tell you which one is missing?
3 ways to spark their learning
Reach & Grasp: Help build gross and fine motor skills by placing pieces just out of reach and having kids pull them near.
Sort It Out: Have kids sort pieces in different ways — by color, by shape, by size, etc.
"Look at That!": Make observations as you play. Joint attention (parents and kids looking at objects while playing and talking) helps with social thinking and language.
